For all cases you wish to return or replace the product you bought you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the email address (e-mail) info@nikopoulos.gr notifying us the reason for return or replacement and by filling in a contact telephone. Then a partner from the courier company will contact you to receive the return parcel.
This procedure only concerns changes / returns in Greece. For changes / returns from Cyprus or any other country, you can contact us at (+30) 210 5761848 (Monday to Friday 09.00-15.00) or at the email address info@nikopoulos.gr . Return conditions:
– the product must not have been used
The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days
– the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice, consignment note-invoice, etc.)
– and be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product. In order for the products to reach good condition, you must pack them properly (in a larger box) so that they are protected during shipment.
– in case of return of products contained in a gift offer, no refund will be made without the gift being returned.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement for the following reasons:
Wrong product shipping
In those cases in which with proven fault of “NIKOPOULOS” products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order you can return the products. The return of the product is free throughout Greece.
Product manufacturing defect
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. The return of the product is free from all over Greece, always after consultation with the customer service department 210-5761848 (Monday – Friday 09.00-15.00).
Product change
In cases you want to change the product you bought you must fill in the contact e-mail info@nikopoulos.gr <mailto: info@nikopoulos.gr> the code or codes of the products and the size and our partner will contact you. Alternatively you can contact the customer service department directly at 210-5761848. The cost of the change is 5 € for purchases under 40 €.
Withdrawal (Refund)
You have the right to return the product you bought, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only in case the product has not been used – to request a refund of the price you paid us, within 14 days from the date stated on the purchase receipt. The return of the products should be done exclusively with ELTA COURRIER DOOR-DOOR. Refunds are made for the purchase of the product that has been made in cash (cash on delivery), credit card or via Paypal. The refund process will be completed no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition. The products, which have been purchased from the online store nikopoulos.gr can be changed or returned to the physical store of the company, always after consultation with the customer service department 210-5761848 (Monday – Friday 09.00-15.00). In case you request a refund (withdrawal) you should know that the process has a € 7 shipping cost. This amount will be deducted (offset) from your refund and therefore will not need to be paid to the shipping company. The final amount of the refund will be deposited in the account you give us or directly on the card you used during your purchase or in your PayPal account, depending on how your original order was paid. By sending the parcel you will inform that the charge is of the recipient (ours). In addition, refunds are made only for the value of the products (excluding any expenses you may have paid).
In cases where the products have been received and paid at the cooperating physical store, the right of return does not apply remotely, as the sale is not considered to have been made remotely. In these cases you can make a change, within 10 days, exclusively at the partner physical store.
Refunds are made within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the products you return. The money is deposited from our account at the National Bank. There may be bookings from your bank, and a possible delay, if your account is with a third bank other than the National Bank. Our company is not obliged to cover the costs charged (according to the usual practice of banks) by the financial institution that the client cooperates with when receiving the refunded amounts.
In the event that a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must return the package back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
In those cases in which with our proven fault, products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order or there is a defect you can return the products without any charge.
The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company. The company does not bear any responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.
